𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄
We are looking for a Female Tele-Sales Coordinator to support the C&I Solar Division by managing tele-sales follow-ups, coordinating with EPC partners and industrial clients, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, marketing, operations, and after-sales teams.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Conduct tele-sales follow-ups and share qualified leads with the sales team
- Coordinate with EPC partners for DCR updates and C&I client engagement
- Maintain strong internal coordination with marketing, operations, and after-sales teams
- Manage and update customer database accurately
- Prepare and maintain quotations, records, and client documentation
- Support smooth workflow between departments for timely execution
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in coordination, tele-sales, customer support, or administration
- Solar industry experience is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, email, and WhatsApp business communication
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

We are looking for a Retail Specialist at ITEL Energy to strengthen our installer and retail network in key regions. The role focuses on engaging installers, improving adoption of company products, and driving field-level market expansion.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Manage installer data and maintain updated databases
- Monitor competitor activities and submit market insights reports
- Actively engage with solar installers in assigned territory
- Reactivate inactive installers and improve engagement levels
- Drive adoption of company products for installations
- Organize installer meetings, trainings, and field events
- Maintain strong communication with installers and line management
- Support field execution and ensure consistent market presence
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, or channel roles (solar industry preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work in field and manage multiple installer relationships
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
