We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team as a pivotal member responsible for managing key accounts in the South region. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in handling IMT (Institutional, Modern Trade) customers and specifically Imtiaz, demonstrating a proven track record of successful account management and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key IMT customers, including but not limited to Imtiaz, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded consistently.
· Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and actively seek out new business prospects to expand the company’s presence in the region.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategic account plans aligned with company objectives, ensuring a proactive approach to account management.
· Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with customers to maximize profitability while maintaining strong partnerships.
· Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand accurately, providing regular reports and updates to management.
· Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to coordinate efforts and deliver integrated solutions to customers.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, leveraging insights to drive informed decision-making.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
· Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, with a focus on IMT customers and Imtiaz.
· Strong understanding of the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry and the dynamics of modern trade channels.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
· Strategic thinker with demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
· Willingness to travel within the South region as needed.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to achieving goals.
