Role Overview:
As the Head of Marketing at Candyland, you will be responsible for leading all marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth. You will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products, increase market share, and strengthen our brand presence both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, finance to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials to effectively communicate Candyland’s brand message and product offerings.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Drive digital marketing efforts including social media, email marketing, and online advertising to reach target audiences and drive engagement.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track performance metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
