We are looking for a Shift Maintenance Engineer – Mechanical to join our team!
Job Description:
- Achieves manufacturing operations objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Ensuring that production equipment are under conditions which meet Company Policies/Procedure, Local Regulatory and GMP requirements and using approved documentation.
- Ensure smooth and trouble free operation of designated manufacturing & Packing areas.
- Plan and implement schedule maintenance program for all manufacturing, packing and supporting equipment of plant.
- Able to get the training of SAP PM Module and execute day to day maintenance over it.
- Identify and manage (import or local fabrication) necessary spares parts of production equipment.
- Assure compliance with local and company Safety and Engineering standards rules, policies, and laws to maintain safe work place.
- Assist HOD to coordinate with Quality information feedback with QA e.g. QA Audits, Complaints, Market returns, Trend Analysis Reports etc.
- Assist HOD to prepare sectional expense budget and monitor on monthly basis to control to keep it in limit.
- Assist HOD for installation and operation of new or used equipment.
- Maintain and ensure GMP and safety culture.
Skills:
- Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma would be an added advantage
- Leadership/Team player/Presentation skills
