We’re looking for a results-oriented and proactive business development manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

· Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, and trends.
· Collaborate with technical, operational, and financial teams to gather the necessary information.
· Identify projects or contracts where the organization can submit bids.
· Analyse RFPs or tender documents to assess suitability and alignment with the company’s capabilities.
· Develop compelling proposals that highlight the company’s strengths and value propositions.
· Identify potential clients and approach them with tailored proposals.
· Build strong long-term relationships with new and existing clients, meeting their business needs and fostering long-term partnerships.
· Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
· Identify new business opportunities, assess their feasibility, and align business development initiatives with organizational goals.
· Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue, expand market presence, and achieve business goals.
· Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that drive business development and achieve sales targets.
· Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential areas for business growth.
· Set and monitor KPIs, such as revenue growth, lead conversion rates, and client satisfaction.
· Regularly review and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
· Continuously assess and refine strategies based on results.

Skills:

· Experience in developing strategic partnerships and alliances.
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
· Familiarity with industry-specific tools and platforms.
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to express clearly and concisely

· Sharp negotiation and networking skills.
· Able to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements.
