- Continuously strive to create & maintain excellent visibility of the category in the market
- Evaluate the visibility of brands and propose plans to improve the execution standards at the POS
- Develop, negotiate and finalize contracts with key accounts (IMT, LMT & Top Grocers)
- Maintain close co-ordination with Field Sales team and ensure provision of seamless distribution services to the contractual in-direct accounts
- Work in close co-ordination with both customers and category planning team to create joint promotion plans and in turn create incremental pull of shoppers
- Lead the merchandising leg of contractual stores. Effectively utilize merchandising fleet to meet all visibility KPIs along with generating exceptional displays
- Keep focus on all sales channels giving continuous feedback to category planning team on market pulse and competitor activities
