Ismail Industries Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager – CandyLand to drive sales growth, strengthen distribution, and lead sales teams to achieve business objectives in Chakdara.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across volume and value while driving effective sales execution.
- Manage and develop the distribution network, ensuring agreed investments within JBP and KPIs.
- Lead, coach, and monitor the down-the-line sales team, including TSMs and Order Bookers, to drive productivity and execution excellence.
- Ensure effective execution of trade promotions and in-market execution, including displays aligned with planograms at HPOs.
- Maintain appropriate distributor stock cover in line with CandyLand’s SOPs while ensuring business partner ROI/ROS.
- Conduct regular market visits and ensure effective utilization of Salesflo Sight application.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the FMCG sector
- Strong understanding of distribution management, trade execution, and sales operations
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a results-driven mindset
- Sound analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint,with a sound understanding of Salesflo and other company-operated systems
- Strong market knowledge and established networks across Chakdara, Bajaur, Timergara, and the Dir/Chitral belt.
- Proficiency in Pashto is preferred
