Ismail Industries Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager – CandyLand to drive sales growth, strengthen distribution, and lead sales teams to achieve business objectives in Chakdara.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across volume and value while driving effective sales execution.
Manage and develop the distribution network, ensuring agreed investments within JBP and KPIs.
Lead, coach, and monitor the down-the-line sales team, including TSMs and Order Bookers, to drive productivity and execution excellence.
Ensure effective execution of trade promotions and in-market execution, including displays aligned with planograms at HPOs.
Maintain appropriate distributor stock cover in line with CandyLand’s SOPs while ensuring business partner ROI/ROS.
Conduct regular market visits and ensure effective utilization of Salesflo Sight application.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the FMCG sector
Strong understanding of distribution management, trade execution, and sales operations
Strong leadership and team-building skills with a results-driven mindset
Sound analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint,with a sound understanding of Salesflo and other company-operated systems
Strong market knowledge and established networks across Chakdara, Bajaur, Timergara, and the Dir/Chitral belt.
Proficiency in Pashto is preferred
