Key Accountabilities:

• Manage team in the preparation and execution of Annual Business Plans, Promotional Plans, and Sales Forecast
• Achieve 100% Primary & Secondary sales targets within the assigned territory
• Ensure attainment of Revenue and Distribution targets
• Ensure distributor investment and ROI management as per company policy and Business requirement
• Analyze , monitor and develop strategies to enhance distribution reach
• Visit all FMCG selling shops to improve width and depth of Snackcity products
• Interface with Marketing team to translate category plans in to win-win customer strategies
• Design and implement PJP for TSM’s/Order Bookers and review it on periodic basis
• Ensure proper execution of Regional Agenda and Trade related activities as per the given guidelines from HO
• On the Job training of TSMs & Order Bookers to make an effective and productive sales call
• Identify Sales Capability challenges and learning initiatives to uplift team skills

Requirements:

• Masters from HEC recognized university
• Preferably 3-5 years of work experience in an FMCG / Food Manufacturing company
