We are looking for a results-driven Senior Officer / Assistant Manager – Warehousing to oversee warehouse coordination and stock control across regional hubs. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory reconciliation, efficient reporting, and proactive issue resolution in collaboration with 3PL partners and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate daily with all regional warehouses to ensure stock accuracy and timely reconciliation.
-Monitor inventory levels, stock aging, and movement across all warehouse locations.
-Supervise daily warehouse operations remotely and resolve any operational bottlenecks with 3PL partners.
-Ensure timely and accurate submission of stock reports, KPIs, damage/expiry summaries, and audit trails.
Skills:
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
-Ability to analyze inventory data and solve problems independently
-Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
