We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage the planning and procurement of packaging and export-specific raw materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor negotiations, supplier performance evaluations, and ensuring timely material deliveries while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities:

· Present and finalize entire material planning of packaging as well as export specific raw material.
· Negotiation with vendor on Material Rates, MOQ, Lead time and Credit terms.
· Ensure Quality complaint resolutions and mitigations with timely deliveries.
· Maintain regular supplier scorecard performances.
· Manage supplier audits from an operational capability standpoint.
· Providing monthly analysis and recommendations where targets have not been met.
· Regular Updating GOMS.

Skills:

· Good Communication Skills
· MS Office
· SAP MM trained is preferred with complete MRP knowledge and problem solving

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Warehouse to oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods while ensuring optimal inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, expertise in warehouse management systems, and the ability to coordinate logistics operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

· Manage the receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
· Oversee the inventory management system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
· Coordinate with Customers, 3PL’s logistics service providers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
· Provide training, development, and coaching to his team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
· Manage employee performance, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
· Coordinate with 3PL’s to ensure efficient storage of goods.
· Develop and implement strategies to optimize WH and WMS systems in WH’s.
· Ensure all warehouse operations are conducted in a safe and compliant manner.
· Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce stockouts.
· Monitor and report on inventory levels, identifying areas for improvement.
· Manage warehouse budgets and expenses, ensuring costs are minimized and controlled.
· Continuously monitor and analyze warehouse operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
· Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Skills:

· Proficiency in inventory management software and other related systems.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Good understanding and experience of SAP / SAP4 Hana.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
· Leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and development.
