- Bachelor’s / Masters
- Min 04 – 05 years’ experience
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Strong market research, negotiation, and proposal development skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in line with IMS and ISO standards.
- Plan, execute, and manage internal and external audits to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
- Monitor changes in regulations and standards to update compliance frameworks accordingly.
- Coordinate with departments to address non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate training and awareness programs on IMS, ISO, and compliance-related topics.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Certification in ISO standards, IMS, or compliance management is a plus.
- 5+ years in compliance, quality management, or auditing roles, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
