International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is seeking candidates for the position of “𝗦𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿” at our Sheikhupura and Lahore facility.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Execute daily production plan as directed by the Shift In-charge
Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) before initiating production
Check size, hardness, and slitting reel quality as per planning sheet
Monitor abnormal noise, vibration, leakage, and temperature during operation
Maintain housekeeping of slitter area and machine
Coordinate with CERD & QA lab regarding slitting of the mother roll
Check and prepare the treatment side before slitting
Thread the mother roll film and operate slitting machine as per the plan
Adjust knives according to reel width requirement
Check quality of every pack post-slitting (e.g. hardness, thickness, scratches, edge cut)
Identify issues such as winding faults, wrinkles, oil drops, or loose winding and take corrective action
Ensure proper reel settings before starting each job
Participate in audits (ISO, ISCC Plus, BRC, etc.) and maintain documentation
Collaborate across teams to identify and resolve non-conformities
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and compliance adherence
