International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is seeking a ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐๐ ๐๐ป๐ด๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฟ to support its BOPET Film line operations at the Sheikhupura plant. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth film line production and continuous process improvement.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
- Monitor and control process parameters for BOPET filmline production
- Work with cross-functional teams to optimize film quality and reduce material loss
- Investigate process issues and provide timely troubleshooting solutions
- Support machine setups, trials, and product grade transitions
- Ensure all activities comply with quality, safety, and environmental standards
- Assist in documenting process flow, SOPs, and technical specifications
- Provide daily and monthly reporting on process metrics and improvements
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
- Qualification: BE Chemical & Polymer Engineering
- Experience: 1โ4 years (preferably in BOPET filmline or industrial process operations)
- Good analytical and technical problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in shifts and managing operational priorities
