International Packaging Films Limited is looking for “𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀” to be based in Karachi.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of finished goods to customers and distributors
• Coordinate with production, sales, and warehouse teams for effective dispatch planning
• Manage and supervise third-party transporters and logistics service providers
• Optimize transportation routes to reduce freight costs and improve efficiency
• Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules
• Negotiate contracts and rates with transport vendors to ensure cost effectiveness
• Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure stock availability and smooth dispatch operations
• Monitor inventory movement to avoid shortages, delays, or excess stock
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across logistics operations
• Prepare and manage logistics budgets and cost reports
• Ensure compliance with transport laws, safety standards, and company SOPs
• Oversee shipment documentation including delivery challans, invoices, and gate passes
• Support internal and external audit requirements related to logistics
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with transporters and logistics vendors
• Resolve delivery issues, delays, and damage-related concerns efficiently
• Lead, supervise, and develop logistics team including dispatch staff and coordinators
• Set performance targets, conduct evaluations, and provide training to team members
• Ensure adherence to safety, discipline, and operational efficiency within the team
• Maintain accurate logistics records and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Continuously improve logistics processes to enhance service levels and reduce costs.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 10–12 years of relevant experience in logistics, preferably in manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations
