International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is looking for “𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 – 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗺𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲” in production department who will be responsible for:
- Ensure the Quality of product by visually inspecting defects like lines, scratches and spots
- Main Filter change and Cleaning of main filter parts and record keeping of filter checklist
- Provide the sample of mill roll to RD&C laboratory during grade change or plant start-up or when mill roll is changed.
- Check abnormal noise/temperature/leakage/vibration in the machine.
- Spindle change/unloading and tagging of Mill Roll.
- Trim blades inspection and changing as per requirement.
- Ensure taking out of material from hoppers during grade change.
- Check oil/water pressure and temperature at different locations in film line.
- To do threading from cast to winder and operating all machines.
- Cleaning of machine parts during stoppage.
- Check abnormal noise/temperature/leakage/vibration in the machine.
- Maintain cleaning of assigned areas of Filmline and filling respective checklist.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: DAE (Electrical/Mechanical)
- 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 2-4 Years
- Candidates must be willing to work in shifts
- Must be willing to work in the challenging environment
Pick & Drop Facility (on specific routes) will be provided
