JOB OPPORTUNITIES: The Information Technology & Innovation Department, Government of the Punjab, invites applications for the following positions from highly qualified, dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced professionals holding Punjab domicile for appointment on a contract basis under the development project “Punjab Frontier Tech Skills Acceleration & ICT for Girls Project.” The Project is LMS based exclusively online training programs which aims development of frontier technology skills, promote digital inclusion, empower girls through enhanced access to Information and Communication Technology (ICT) education while fostering the adoption of emerging technologies to accelerate sustainable economic growth across the Province:

Sr. No. 1: PROJECT DIRECTOR / PROGRAM HEAD

No. of Posts: 01
Age: 55 (Maximum)
Salary: (PPS-11) Lumpsum @ Rs. 796,000/- per month
Qualification: Master’s degree in Business, Public Policy, Project Management, Economics or related field.
Experience: 10–15 years relevant experience in program / project management, preferably of public sector; largescale projects experience in mid tier to senior positions; strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Sr. No. 2: MANAGER MONITORING & EVALUATION (M&E)

Age: 55 (Maximum)
Salary: (PPS-10) Lumpsum @ Rs. 437,000/- per month
Qualification: Master’s degree in Information Technology, PMP, Data Analytics, or related field.
Experience: 5–8 years relevant experience in M&E or data analysis.

Sr. No. 3: MANAGER FINANCE & ACCOUNTS

Age: 55 (Maximum)
Salary: (PPS-10) Lumpsum @ Rs. 437,000/- per month
Qualification: CA/ACCA/MBA/ BBA/ Finance/Commerce or related field.
Experience: 5-8 years relevant experience in financial management; knowledge of public sector financial procedures and reporting preferred.

Sr. No. 4: MANAGER PROCUREMENT & CONTRACTS

Age: 55 (Maximum)
Salary: (PPS-10) Lumpsum @ Rs. 437,000/- per month
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Supply Chain/Procurement/ CA/ACCA/Commerce or related field.
Experience: 5-8 years relevant experience in public sector procurements / familiarity with PPRA rules and contract management.

Sr. No. 5: ASSISTANT MANAGER IT & DATA

No. of Posts: 01
Age: 40 (Maximum)
Salary: (PPS-09) Lumpsum @ Rs. 306,000/- per month
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT/Data Science or related field.
Experience: 4-6 years relevant experience in data systems, dashboards, analytics tools and IT system establishment

Sr. No. 6: PROJECT ASSISTANT

No. of Posts: 02
Age: 30 (Maximum)
Salary: (PPS-06) Lumpsum @ Rs. 105,000/- per month
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT/Software/computer Science or related field.
Experience: 1-2 years relevant experience / proficiency in using computer application and software.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

The appointment will be made on a contract basis, initially for a period of three (03) years, which may be extended as per rules/requirement.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
Applicants currently employed in government service/ Semi Government service/ Autonomous Bodies must apply through proper channel and attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department.
No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
Candidates possessing foreign degrees/qualifications must attach an Equivalence Certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC), or the relevant regulatory forum, failing which their application shall be rejected.
Individuals having relevant experience with government, semi-government and autonomous bodies are encouraged to apply.
