We are seeking a highly organized and motivated professional to join our team as Assistant Manager – Warehouse (Raw Material & Finished Goods Store). This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong leadership skills and warehouse management experience in a manufacturing environment.

Position Details:

Job Title: Assistant Manager – Warehouse (Raw Material & Finished Goods Store)
Location: Indus Pencil Factory Site Karachi. (Position based at Karachi)
Department: Warehouse/Logistics
Reports To: Head of Supply Chain
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Raw Material and Finished Goods warehouse.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize warehouse efficiency.
• Conduct inventory audits, cycle counts, and maintain stock accuracy.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Sales teams to meet operational demands.
• Lead and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety and company policies.
• Generate and analyze warehouse reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Master degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management systems (WMS), and logistics.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Familiarity with safety standards and compliance regulations.
