We are Hiring for the Position of Assistant Manager – Customer Relations (Field Operations)
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure implementation of Toyota Global Customer Relation standards at dealerships
- Responsible for Customer Satisfaction surveys and analyzing customer data
- Responsible for Customer Relations Budget monitoring
- Conduct annual and quarterly audits at dealerships for their enhancement
- Ensure Dealership Facility Standardization
- Manage day to day operations
