WE ARE HIRING Industrial Relations (IR) Specialist

QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. LLB qualification will be preferred.

EXPERIENCE 2–3 years of relevant experience in Industrial Relations within the Textile or Manufacturing Sector.

REQUIREMENTS

Sound knowledge of Pakistani labor laws, employment regulations, and disciplinary procedures.
Experience in conducting inquiries and handling disciplinary cases.
Strong understanding of labor-oriented workplace environments.
Excellent drafting and documentation skills in English, Urdu, and Sindhi.
Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle all industrial relations and labor-related matters in compliance with applicable labor laws.
Manage employee grievances and facilitate effective resolution of workplace disputes.
Conduct disciplinary proceedings, including issuance of show-cause notices, warning letters and charge sheets.
Conduct and coordinate domestic inquiries and investigations related to employee misconduct.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and company policies.
Liaise with labor departments, government authorities, and external stakeholders when required.
Maintain records of disciplinary actions, inquiries, settlements, and legal documentation.
Provide guidance to management on employee relations and labor law matters.
Support HR and operational teams in maintaining a positive industrial relations environment.
Prepare and draft professional correspondence, reports, notices, and legal documentation in English, Urdu, and Sindhi.
