Imtiaz Supermarket is looking for a Floor Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage retail staff, among which includes people working on the floor, and the cashiers
  • Work on store displays
  • Recruit, Coach, counsel, discipline and train employees
  • Identify market trends that appeal to customers
  • Ensure products are clean and ready to be displayed
  • Approve contracts with store vendors
  • Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock
  • Ensure promotions are accurate and in tune with company’s standards
  • Make sure that health and safety measures are met
  • Ensure that hours of operation are in compliance with local laws
  • Maintain health and safety measures and store’s cleanliness
  • Organize and distribute staff schedules
  • Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets
  • Handle customer complaints, issues and questions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written, oral, and verbal communication skills
  • Must have PC skills, including the ability to use database marketing and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have customer service skills
  • Must have the ability to drive

Experience: 5-6 years of experience in retail

Imtiaz Supermarket is looking for an Executive-Admin & Security

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee facilities services, hygiene, maintenance activities
  • Monitor and liaise with fuel & cellular companies on the issuance of corporate fuel cards & mobile connections respectively to employees
  • Carry out regular checks on all company vehicles to ensure they are in good physical condition
  • Review the costing of all service contracts including courier, maintenance, etc.
  • Travel and accommodation arrangements for employees, liaison with travel agencies, hotels and overseeing other logistics arrangements.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraint

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Admin & Security of sizeable retail outlets
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office and SAP
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience: 4 – 5 Years of experience of administration preferably in retail industry.
