Imtiaz is hiring an Officer – HR Operations for their Head Office in Karachi.
Position Title:
- Officer – HR Operations
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures. Â
- Ensure probation cycles are initiated in due time.
- Compile and present employee information as per the instructions of the Line Manager.
- Organize employee engagement activities as per the instructions of the Line Manager.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave management as per company policy.
- Work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff.
- Perform any other relevant tasks as per the instructions of the Line Manager.
Requirements:
- BBA/MBA – HRM from a reputable university
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
