Requirement: Minimum Matric, Intermediate or a graduate, must be confident, have basic computer skills, preferably on Microsoft Excel and must have a professional English accent that can be used to contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts and answering questions.

Requirement: Minimum a graduate, must be confident, have basic computer skills, preferably on Microsoft Excel and must have a sales background from Insurance or banking. Candidates with real estate experience are preferred. Must have own bike to commute.

Sales Trainer: We are looking for hard working, self-motivated, professionals, determined, dynamic and well-disciplined Sales Trainer for Its Training and Development department in Karachi

Job Description:

  • Conducting training as and when Required, manage and maintain in-house trainings inclusive of all arrangements
  • Preparing new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation drive-alongs with senior representatives.
  • Determining training needs by traveling with sales representatives; observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; conferring with sales managers.
  • Developing individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.
  • Improving training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.
  • Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Accomplishing sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
