Vacant Position: MTO – Internal Audit
Job Location: Lahore
Gender: Male/Female (will be given preference)
Experience: Minimum 01-02 Years of relevant experience.
Qualification: M.com/ACCA/ICMA ( Affiliate/Finalist)
Plan and monitor the regular factory visit schedule of an audit team and report to the Head of Audit/top management, Petty Cash Audit HO/Mill. Report to Head of Audit/top Management and follow up audit findings and recommendations (if required). Invoice checking and verifying. Proceed with all kinds of credit, cash, and adjustment bill. Purchase rate analysis with the procurement department. Monthly Stock takes activity at the mill site. (Surprise Visits). Mill bill and voucher checking and follow-up. Monitoring bill in hand to Audit, an advance bill in hand to Purchase, old challan in hand to Store Department Follow up yarn balance checking to subcontract party.

Qualification: ACCA/ICMA ( Affiliate/Finalist)
Job Descriptions will include majorly dealing with banks for financing facility documentation (BBFS, LAF, FAF) Stock reports, Update Fixed Assets register with physical verification on-site, and Perform Bank Reconciliation & update records. Company ensurence (BMC, Fire Policy, Stock policy) Documentation & stock Declaration, and Calculation of Markup/ Current Maturity on loans and monitor their payments. ERP, SAP & Advance Excel.
