CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER: Ignite is incorporated with Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, under Section 42 of Companies Ordinance 1984 (repealed by Companies Act, 2017), by the Ministry of IT & Telecom, Government of Pakistan. Ignite funds startups and innovative projects that utilize 4th industrial wave tech to solve local problems and target global opportunities in health, education, energy, agriculture, telecom, finance and other verticals. Our network of incubators across Pakistan nurtures startups and engages them with investors and corporations, among which some startups have graduated with notable success. Our digital skills training program, DigiSkills.pk employs an online training platform and AI predictive analytics to provide marketable skills at scale.
Ignite is looking for a highly professional and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to manage the financial operations of the Company. The ideal candidate must have good credentials and vision for the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
Qualification & Experience
The candidate must be:
a. A member of an organized body of professional accountants with at least five years relevant experience; or
b. Holding a master’s degree in finance related disciplines from a university recognized by the HEC with at least ten years relevant experience.
- The candidate must comply with Fit and Proper Criteria as laid down in State Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Rules 2023.
- Shortlisted candidates will have to submit a prescribed “Declaration” in this regard on non-judicial stamp paper as and when required.

Term of Contract: The appointment is for three (3) years extendable by the Board upon satisfactory performance and subject to prevailing laws.
Age Limit: The candidate’s maximum age limit at the time of the advertisement should not exceed 55 years.
