We are on the lookout for an experienced Corporate Affairs/Corporate Secretariat candidates for a Deputy Manager level position in one of the leading insurance companies located in Karachi. The holder of this position will be working with the company secretary on corporate secretariat tasks including liaison with SECP, compliances and all arrangements and paperwork related to board meetings. The requirements are as follows:
Qualification: Graduation (LLB preferred)
Experience: around 5 years’ experience of working in corporate secretariat and legal affairs in a listed company.
