- Understands the In-Depth Business processes of Retail operations
- Strong Functional Level understanding of Finance, Warehouse, Supply Chain and CRM business processes
- Understands the concepts, practices, procedures and deliverables associated with IT systems development and implementation.
- Has experience of working as business analysts to establish/clarify business requirements and develop detailed specifications for software development and support teams.
- Can work independently with the experience and judgment to plan and accomplish defined goals and objectives.
