Position: “ECCE FACILITATOR”

Location: Malir and Keamari – Karachi (The position may require regular travel to assigned schools/communities.)
No. of Position: 1
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education (ECE/ECCE), Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field. Candidates with relevant qualifications and experience in early childhood education may also be considered.
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), teaching, teacher support, community-based education, or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant academic qualifications and strong facilitation skills may also be considered. Experience working with young children, teachers, schools, or communities will be an advantage.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Basic understanding of Early Childhood Care and Education and child development.
Good communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage effectively with young children, teachers, parents, and school communities.
Understanding of play-based, child-centred, and age-appropriate learning approaches.
Ability to conduct classroom/field activities and support teachers in implementing ECCE practices.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently in the field.
Willingness to travel to assigned schools and communities.
