ICI Pakistan Limited is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for its Agri Sciences Business based in Multan.
Key Responsibilities:
· Meet sales target for the entire region in-line with the overall business strategy and goals.
· Ensure team compliance with company’s HSE and ethics policy with a special focus on product stewardship and road safety.
· Update NSM on new developments and changing trends in the market.
· Ensure effective implementation of marketing strategy to get best mileage out of the promotional spent.
· Develop products through a strong customer network both at dealer as well as farmer level and maintain good relations with relevant government departments like Agriculture Extension.
· Invest in people development to fulfil business objectives and enhance their engagement level while inculcating a culture that encourages trust and respect.
· Produce timely & accurate reports and competition analysis.
· Provide recommendations for customer and ensure settlement within defined time limits.
· Manage travelling cost and developmental expenses by carrying out a cost/ benefit analysis.
· Seek new opportunities to improve market share & team’s productivity.
