Key Responsibilities:

Developing communication concepts and strategies to build the corporate brand image.
Strategising and creating internal communication material in line with brand guidelines for various communication campaigns, in coordination with the design team.
Overseeing and executing the content and messaging of important external communications touchpoints (such as social media channels, publications, press releases, etc) and ensuring all public information on external touchpoints is relevant and up-to-date.
Managing of external partners, primarily including design agencies, social media agencies, website vendors, freelance designers, and printers, etc.
Exploring, planning, executing and monitoring CSR activities.

Other Skills:

Excellent written and oral communication skills, concept development, content development, copywriting, editing, proofreading and project management.
Team player, manages deadlines well, delivers results.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing secretarial and administrative services to the relevant HODs, including maintaining their calendars.
Scheduling inductions for the entire Executive Team and the VP as per the HR team’s instructions.
Scheduling meetings with respective functions as required with the new member of the Chemicals business. Working closely with the Chemicals HR CTO in preparing the induction plan for new team members in the Chemicals department.
Arranging farewells and birthday celebrations of the concerned person in the relevant departments. Coordinating with the Admin for booking and preparing the Management Mess. Also, supporting engagement activities
Coordinating and promoting events for the relevant teams, including HSE, Expos or Seminars.
