As Manager – General Affairs, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment. This dynamic role involves managing documentation, controlling expenses, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining administrative systems across the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Supervise and manage office administration, facility operations, and security.
🔹 Ensure efficient procurement and inventory of office supplies.
🔹 Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation.
🔹 Coordinate travel, schedule meetings, and support HR with staff-related matters.
🔹 Monitor vendor performance and manage service contracts.
🔹 Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
🔹 Oversee administrative staff and track performance.
🔹 Create and analyze reports on expenses, budgets, and administrative operations.
