Job Description

SKILL SET: Looking for Fresh Graduates (BS/BCS / MS /PHD) from the core fields of Computer Science/ Information Systems /Computers Engineering and Statistics/Maths for internships and potential employment with IBM.

Must Have: Experience or Interest in any one of the languages:

Programming – Java Script, Java, Python, Ruby, R
( A Course in data structures with an A grade will also be acceptable)

Exposure to and/or knowledge of :

OS – Linux, AIX/UNIX, Windows, IOS, Android.
Databases – Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Teradata
Data Manipulation – SQL, PL/SQL, TSQL

Knowledge of the following concepts or a college project/research utilizing any of the below:

Networking           – Knowledge of Networking, CCNA, CCNP, IoT.
Cloud Computing – Amazon Web services, MS Azure, IBM Softlayer.
Web servcies       – IBM Bluemix, Google API, Amazon APIs.
Data Modeling     – Snowflakes, Dimensional modeling, data transformation.
Big Data              – Hadoop (any type), Data lakes, Hive, Spark.

Not required but it will be ideal to have education in:

– Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning.
– Statistical Methods & Algorithms.
