Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi for the position of Assistant Manager – Program Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing the administrative and daily operations of the program, ensuring compliance with university and HEC policies.
- Scheduling and managing course registration for academic programs.
- Allocating academic facilities and physical resources.
- Acting as the focal point for all program-related communications with stakeholders, including faculty, students, and staff.
- Leading the compliance of student modules, academic progress, and transcript management.
- Maintaining program structures and courses in coordination with chairpersons and program directors.
- Supervising executives in areas such as workload, training, promotion, and enforcement of procedures.
- Assisting in design and development of programs or projects.
- Providing technical and professional coordination for day-to-day program/project activities.
- Participating in budget development.
- Coordinating data collection and analysis for program activity.
- Assisting in marketing projects and producing promotional content.
- Establishing and implementing policies and procedures for program/project efficiency.
- Collaborating with stakeholders including university departments, programs, projects, alumni, and community organizations.
- Performing miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Head of Department (HoD).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Minimum 16 years of education, preferably in Education or Business Administration.
- Experience: 4 years in public dealing and MIS, preferably in an educational sector.
