Qualification: BSc. Mechanical / Automotive / B-Tech / DAE Mechanical.

Requirements: 03~05 years of experience in OEM After-Sales Operations (Automotive).

Relevant OEM Certifications. Communication (Oral, written, report writing, presentation).

Planning, organizing & time management.

Automotive technology Savvy. Analytic & Computer Skills.

Area Service Manager – Central Region

Looking for a qualified and technically sound candidate, who shall be responsible to look after the After-Sales operations at Hyundai Dealerships in central region with respect to the implementation of Company policies and procedures. The candidate is expected to have strong knowledge of After-Sales planning, KPIs and dealership’s service operations. He must be experienced in customer handling and be able to assist dealerships in uplifting customer experience and resolving challenging customer complaints. The regular visit to the dealerships shall be part of the job that requires travelling across the region.

Qualification:

• B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering / B.Tech. Mechanical.

Requirements:

• 03~05 Years experience in OEM After-Sales Operations.
• Good communication skills (Verbal, Written, Reporting & Presentation).
• Good analytical skills and proficient in Microsoft Office & relevant tools.
