Executive – Customer Relations Join our team.
Looking for an experienced customer service professional, preferably from the automotive industry, to manage the Maintenance Reminder System (MRS), ensuring an efficient appointment process and customer-first approach. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal, communication, and data analysis skills, along with proficiency in computer applications. Prior knowledge of automotive dealership Sales and After-Sales operations will be considered as an added advantage.
Qualification:
- BBA/MBA.
Requirements:
- Minimum 02 years experience in customer relations management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reporting & Presentation skills (Excel, Word & Power Point).
Location: Hyundai Dealership – Lahore.
