Looking for an experienced candidate to be a part of HNMPL After-Sales Technical Support Team. Ideal candidate will look after the Warranty operations, which include Warranty claims validation, Warranty process trainings and manage warranty failed parts store in all respects, Provide Technical Support to dealerships, technical analysis of market problems and coordinate with the dealerships to achieve desired results.

Qualification:

• BSC / BE Mechanical / Automotive / Mechatronics

Requirements:

• 08 – 10 years of experience in Automotive After-Sales Operations
• Automotive Technology Proficient
• Communication (Oral, written, report writing, presentation)
• Planning, Organizing & team Management
• Team work & analytical thinking

• Head Office-Lahore

Looking for an experienced candidate to be responsible for After-Sales Marketing activities, launching new programs and executing campaigns to promote After-Sales through conventional and social media advertisement. The candidate should be capable of designing effective service campaigns and be primarily responsible for developing annual After-Sales Marketing Plan to strengthen the brand image, enhance customer experience, achieve dealership business targets and service potential. The candidate must be familiar with graphic designing, marketing research and analytical tools for business analysis.

Qualification:

• MBA (Majors in Marketing) / BSc / BE Mechanical

Requirements:

• 3 – 5 years experience in OEM After-Sales Operations (preferably from the automotive sector)
• Excellent analytical & communication skills (report writing, presentation)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
