Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ad trafficking and campaign delivery in Google Ad Manager.
- Optimise programmatic stack (AdX, header bidding, SSP/DSP) to maximise yield and eCPM.
- Oversee direct campaigns (IOs) including trafficking, pacing, brand safety, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Google Publisher Policies, Better Ads Standards, and ads.txt/app-ads.txt.
- Produce consolidated monthly revenue reports (Web, YouTube, Facebook, others) and reconcile with Finance.
- Partner with Product/Tech on site readiness, ad latency, and Core Web Vitals.
- Lead vendor and incident management with Google and SSPs.
Key Competencies:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Analytics, CS, Marketing, Media, or related field.
- 5+ years in digital ad operations/yield at a publisher or network (including 3+ years hands-on GAM).
- Strong knowledge of programmatic stack, direct IO management, and yield optimisation strategies.
- Experience with GA4, Looker/Data Studio, IAS/MOAT/DV, and financial reconciliation.
- Bilingual in Urdu & English with excellent stakeholder communication skills.
