Job Location: The Head Office Lahore, Pakistan
Eligibility Criteria:
• Requires a minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Sciences.
• Minimum two years’ experience is required, preferably in retail business.
• Must have hand on experience in MS Office Suit (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• The experience of working on Retail Pro or any other reputable software is required.

• Minimum 5 years of experience is required in sourcing of woven & knit fabric.
Should have:
• Strong communication skills.
• Task & Time Management.
• The relevant knowledge of market is must.
• Strong knowledge and experience in woven fabrication, especially Eastern & Western, on hand knowledge of Dyeing, Printing (screen, Digital & Rotary print), Embroidery, and other embellishment techniques. The relevant market knowledge is must and capable of sourcing locally.

• Certification in HR is a plus
Should have:
• In-depth understanding & experience of HR & Administration functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, Training & development, performance management, operations, employee engagement.
• Hands on experience of handling administration (travel arrangements, transport, guest handling and janitorial services).
• Strong negotiation, problem solving, communications and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong excel, analytical, written and upward and downwards management skills.
• Team player, ability to train, motivate and manage large teams of people.
