Position : Senior Brand Manager
Key Accountabilities
- Design innovative marketing strategies for promoting products and ensure their proper implementation
- Continuously work towards increasing market share by re-examining prevalent market trends and adapting to changing customer needs
- Proactively identify relative market segments & develop innovative plans to establish brand leadership
- Effective coordination with team members and other functions
- Product and therapeutic area analysis and sales analysis
- Develop & Deliver brand presentations for internal/external customers
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Qualification: Pharm D & MBA
- Understanding of Marketing concepts & ability to develop strategic brand plan & campaign planning
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Prior experience in surgery & antibiotics segments is preferred
- Strong communication skills (Urdu and English)
- Strong interpersonal and creativity skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willing to travel extensively
