Key Responsibilities
- Must ensure implementation of the marketing plans & promotional strategies in order to achieve agreed monthly, quarterly and annually sales objectives
- Must ensure both initial & long-term training and development of his team (District Sales Manager) in order to develop quality human recource for future positions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates (candidates with life sciences background will be preferred)
- 7 – 8 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with reputable organizations & already working as SM in the same area.
- Age: up to 40 years
