Position: Head of Internal Audit
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the internal audit department by formulating the internal control systems for effective utilization of resources and systematic audit practices.
- Review the accounting and departmental systems of the company. Investigate irregularities, highlight areas for improvement and establish procedures to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with the human resource department to ensure the implementation of consistent disciplinary action strategies in case of compliance standard violations.
- Verify that software technology is in place to adequately provide oversight and monitoring in all required areas.
Location: Lahore
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must be ACCA/CA
- Minimum 10 years of audit experience with 3 years in managerial role, preferably in the Pharmaceuticals or FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
