Highpoint Ventures (Pvt) Ltd. (Hopscotch & Carom) operating since 2014, having a presence in the major cities of Pakistan, is looking for a “Team Lead Visual Merchandiser” to join its team.
Job Title: Team Lead Visual Merchandiser
Location: Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Visual Merchandising initiates to ensure effective execution of visual concepts and strategies.
Develop and implement visually appealing displays to enhance the overall shopping experience and drive sales.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Store Operations, and Product Management, to align visual merchandising initiatives with overall business objectives.
Train and mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices in visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards.
Conduct regular store visits to assess and enhance the visual presentation of products and displays.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to continually innovate and improve visual merchandising strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
