Highpoint Ventures (Pvt) Ltd. (Hopscotch & Carom) a kids wear brand operating since 2014, having a presence in the major cities of Pakistan, is looking for a “Customer Care Executive” to join its team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, live chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
-Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns/exchanges, and resolving payment or delivery issues.
-Provide detailed product information, including size, fit, material, and styling advice.
-Address customer complaints effectively and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
-Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to track deliveries and resolve shipping concerns.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
-Gather customer feedback and share insights with relevant departments to improve service and product offerings.
-Stay updated on brand policies, promotions, and product launches to provide informed responses to customers.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or fashion industry.
· Proficiency in using CRM software, E-store platforms (Shopify), Ginkgo, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and social media for customer engagement.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
