𝐇𝐢𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐇 𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐲, a leading name in industrial machinery, is expanding and looking for a passionate and detail-oriented 𝐇𝐑 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 to join our team in Lahore.

This role is critical for managing daily HR operations, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Maintain & update employee records in SAP and physical files.
Manage attendance and leave records.
Support payroll preparation and provide relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
Coordinate recruitment activities & conduct pre-employment checks.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
Could you assist in training and development programs?
Generate HR reports and support internal audits.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
1–3 years’ experience in an HR operational/generalist role.
Firm grip on HR tools (e.g., SAP, MS Excel).
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.

Experience with HR software (SAP, Pay People)
Payroll & statutory compliance knowledge
Strong problem-solving & critical thinking
