Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement AI-driven automation solutions across business functions, including process automation, advanced analytics, and forecasting models.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, production-ready AI and machine learning solutions.
- Integrate AI models and automation workflows with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms, BI tools, and APIs.
- Continuously monitor, optimize, and enhance existing AI solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and business value.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts with hands-on experience in practical implementation.
- Proficiency in Python, data processing, and automation frameworks.
- Exposure to BI tools, ERP systems, and enterprise data environments is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives end-to-end.

Executive – E-Commerce (ASEAN)
Job Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on Executive – E-Commerce (ASEAN) to support and grow our online business across leading ASEAN marketplaces and D2C platforms. The role focuses on marketplace operations, listings, promotions, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination to drive sales and efficiency across Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon (where applicable), and D2C platforms
- Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and stock availability across markets
- Track sales performance and KPIs (GMV, CVR, AOV, ROAS/ACOS, inventory sell-through)
- Execute platform campaigns (Mega Sales, Brand Days, Flash Sales, Payday campaigns)
- Coordinate inventory, logistics, and cross-border fulfillment
- Support marketplace advertising and campaign optimization
- Liaise with internal teams, marketplace account managers, and external partners
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of ASEAN e-commerce ecosystems
- Working knowledge of marketplace tools, promotions, and ads
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and execution-focused
- Ability to manage multiple markets in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or online marketplaces
- ASEAN market exposure preferred
- FMCG, Health & Wellness, Beauty, Consumer Goods, or Pharma experience is a plus
