Hascol Pakistan Jobs HSE Officer: We are looking for a HSE Officer for our LOBP Plant based at Port Qasim, Karachi:

Job Responsibilities:

1) Implements and monitors compliance of HSE Policy, Emergency Response, MERP, HSE MS

2) Develops and implements QHSE Managements Systems, Processes and Procedures that improve business operations in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001

3) Coordinates with Management Representative of ISO IMS – Integrated Management System for Stage 1 and Stage 2 Audits and Certifications of:
a) Quality Management System – 9001:2015
b) Environmental Management System – 14001:2015
c) Health & Safety Management System – 45001:2018

4) Conducts Incident Investigations, reports findings to management and monitors remedial measures

5) Provides Health, Safety and Environmental trainings to employees. Conducts Audits for ISO and HSE

Education: Bachelors in Engineering, NEBOSH-IGC / IOSH-MS and other HSE certifications.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of which 5 years should be Head of QHSE of a petroleum/lubricants/chemical plant
