Happilac Paints is seeking an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive Maintenance for our Factory located in Faisalabad. If you have experience in leading electrical and mechanical operations and a passion for maintaining top-tier performance in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead the electrical and mechanical operations.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical or electrical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Coordinate and manage the maintenance team to meet operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics from a reputed institute.
- Proven experience 3-5 years in managing electrical / mechanical operations, preferably in paint industry.
- Ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to ensuring smooth operations.
