Key Responsibilities
· Act as a Culture Ambassador and play a lead in execution of Employee Engagement Initiatives, and wellness programs.
· Execution of Internal & External Training Programs as per yearly calendar and need basis.
· In charge of all the cultural and values reinforcement activities to foster the culture of growth and engagement.
· Ensure Increased communication with the department and identify the values champions within the teams
· Development of success stories and coordination with concerned stakeholders for media development & deployment on company social media accounts.
Education: BBA / MBA in HR
Experience: 1 to 2 years in the relevant field (Experience in Home Appliances and electronics would be preferred).
