Education: BS/MSc Chemistry/ Food Science & Technology

• Operate & Monitor carbocooler/Mixure
• Ensure Internal and External CIP
• Maintain correct on-line Beverage Brix and carbonation.
• Check Torque and SST at start up and as per CO s guide lines.
• Check finished syrup brix and prepare control drink for calculation on line brix and T.A target.
• Ensuring chlorination of container maintain Internal and External CIP.

Position: Microbiologist-Islamabad
Experience: 1— 3 years of experience in food industry
Education: BS/MS Microbiology

• Microbiological testing of raw and finished product.
• Maintenance of microbiological lab.
• Implementation & documentation of GMPs, GLPs.
• Swab testing and all the tests regarding the product quality
• Implementation, documentation and verification of sanitation.
• Maintaining the lab items inventory.
