Position: Sales Officer-HOM First Water
We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Sales Officer – HOM First Water.
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the bottled/mineral water industry, preferably in home-to-home water gallon sales and delivery operations.
· Hands-on experience in developing residential customers and managing water gallon distribution networks.
· Strong knowledge of route sales, customer acquisition, and distributor/dealer management.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
· Ability to achieve sales targets and expand market coverage.
KeyResponsibilities:
· Drive sales growth for HOM First Water, with a focus on home-to-home water gallon sales.
· Develop new residential and commercial customers.
· Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely and efficient customer service.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
· Achieve monthly sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
· Monitor market trends and activities.
