HBL is looking to hire a Supervisor Trade Risk and Governance in its Operations Services function, Karachi, who will be responsible to ensure smooth functioning of Trade Risk & Governance Unit in co-ordination with all internal stakeholders while being compliant to TBML framework and other regulatory requirements.
Job Details:
· Liaison with Audit and Review teams, ensuring timely submission of regulatory and audit responses.
· Oversee and continuously review trade processes, recommending changes in the control environment based on international trade practices.
· Validate transactions and Trade customer’s KYC as per the TBML framework, ensuring timely review of credit reports for business and ops team communication.
· Manage special assignments/projects on behalf of COE to increase effectiveness, strengthen controls, and ensure accurate reporting of Operational Risk Events and STRs.
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree
Experience: 5 years of banking experience in the field of Trade Operations.

HBL is looking to hire a Trainer Trade Academy in its Human Resources function, Karachi, who will facilitate training programs and execute various learning interventions leading to successful employee and organizational development.
Job Details:
· Analyze training needs, develop Trade Finance course materials with Instructional Design, and ensure system-based assessments are updated and effective.
· Conduct Trade & SME training programs for bank staff, ensuring successful implementation, and align with ICC, SBP, and HBL regulations.
· Manage and develop a pool of internal trainers through Train-The-Trainer programs, expanding the trainer pool across the bank.
· Incorporate blended learning solutions, maintain relationships with subject experts, and foster teamwork within the department.
